Starting from KWD 15
In this course, your sensei will begin by teaching you Kihon basics that include punching, kicking, and blocking. Additionally, you will be taught stance and form, known as Kata where self-defense, blocking and counterattacking your opponent become essential. Once you have grasped these skills, you will be taught to train your mind to balance and improve concentration.
